  • First of all You Need to Open Control Panel and To open Control Panel Go to Start and then Select Control Panel
  • Now You Need to Open Sync Center and therefore go to the View by Option located at the Upper Right Hand Side and Select Small Icons as Shown below in the Image and Then Select Sync Centerenable offline files in windows 7
