If you are having frequent loading issues while running The crew from Steam there are likely chances that you might be having some sort of Internet connection issues. So before starting the game make sure that there is no other Internet activity running in background so that The Crew gets full Internet bandwidth. If you are on WiFi try to reset your WiFi router and check if this helps. Also try running the game by disabling your Antivirus and its firewall.
