  • Disable Any antivirus Program if Running in Background Before Installation Process
  • Uninstall any Previous Installed Versions of Microsoft Office though it is not Said by Microsoft anywhere to Uninstall previous Versions to Install this one but it is better to remove Older Versions if You are facing this Error
  • Go to Setup.exe and Run it as an Administrator
    • Now Go to RUN and type ‘regedit‘ to Open Windows Registry Editor
  • Now Search For the Following Key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SOFTWARE> Microsoft> Windows NT> CurrentVersion> AppCompatFlags

  • Make Sure to Back Up the Key AppCompatFlags
  • Now Delete the Key AppCompatFlags Only
